Aria Reserve Miami is a pair of 62-story twin towers on Biscayne Bay in Edgewater by Melo Group — the tallest waterfront residential towers in the United States. With 782 residences on five waterfront acres and two acres of resort amenities, it redefines bayfront living.
Aria Reserve Miami is a landmark waterfront development by The Melo Group, comprising two 62-story twin towers on five acres along Biscayne Bay in Edgewater — set to be the tallest waterfront residential towers in the United States. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with interiors by MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique and landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO, the project totals 782 residences (399 in the North Tower, 383 in the South Tower). Homes range from one to four bedrooms — including Panoramic Residences, Skyview Villas, Penthouse Residences and tri-level Penthouse Mansions — from roughly 1,100 to over 9,000 square feet. Residents enjoy two acres of open-air amenities: a semi-Olympic lap pool, tennis, paddleball and pickleball courts, a mini-golf layout, a half-basketball court, an ultramodern gym, a spa, a wine cellar, lush gardens, internal and external social areas, a private dog park, access to the Bay Walk, and one of the few waterfront restaurants in Miami. Pricing for the one- to four-bedroom residences ranges from about $750,000 to over $2 million, with penthouses starting at $12 million. The South Tower was completed in summer 2025; the North Tower is expected to deliver in Q2 2026.
