Residences by Armani/Casa is a 56-story, 649-foot oceanfront tower in Sunny Isles Beach, co-developed by Dezer Development and Related Group. It was co-designed by world-class architect Cesar Pelli — who designed the building and floor plans — and legendary fashion designer Giorgio Armani, whose Armani/Casa studio designed the residences, common areas and amenities. The building holds 308 oceanfront residences with two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,358 to 6,138 interior square feet. Completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, the building offers a two-story spa with indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, a beauty salon and his-and-hers sauna and steam rooms; an oceanfront terrace with a heated swimming pool, hot tub and poolside food and beverage service; a private oceanfront restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating; a coffee bar; a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Atlantic; a yoga studio with Pilates equipment; a movie theater; a game room; a children's playroom; a cigar room; a temperature- and humidity-controlled wine cellar; and 24-hour concierge and valet service.
