JEM Private Residences is a 67-story luxury condominium tower rising more than 700 feet at Miami Worldcenter, in Downtown Miami's Park West. Developed by Naftali Group with architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Rockwell Group, the building places its 278 residences high in the sky, beginning on the 43rd floor for commanding skyline and bay views. The collection ranges from studios to three-bedroom homes between roughly 469 and 2,052 square feet, crowned by a limited series of Sky Villas with interiors by FENDI Casa on the uppermost levels. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling impact windows, white oak flooring, custom Rockwell Group cabinetry, Calacatta Quartz countertops, Miele appliances, and fully tiled terraces with glass railings. A 50th-floor amenity deck offers a Sky Lounge, a 60-foot outdoor pool with cabanas and daybeds, a spa with sauna, steam and Himalayan salt rooms, a fitness center, a yoga patio with cold plunge, a game lounge, a spirits and wine tasting room, co-working areas, private dining rooms, and 24-hour valet.
