Okan Tower is a 70-story supertall, mixed-use icon in Downtown Miami by Turkey's Okan Group, with a silhouette inspired by a blossoming tulip. It combines a 294-key Hilton hotel, condo-hotel units, Class A offices and branded sky residences, topped by a 70th-floor sky pool.

Okan Tower is an ultra-luxury, 70-story supertall mixed-use development in Downtown Miami at 555 North Miami Avenue, developed by Turkish enterprise Okan Group and designed by Behar Font & Partners, with sales by Fortune International Group. Its distinctive curved form is meant to emulate the silhouette of a blossoming tulip, Turkey's national flower. The tower brings together a 294-key hotel by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 236 turnkey-furnished condo-hotel units (studios to three-bedrooms, 447 to 1,245 square feet), 64,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 163 sky condo residences (one- to three-bedrooms plus a den, 698 to over 2,071 square feet) along with four duplex-style penthouses. Residents and guests enjoy world-class amenities including a sky pool on the 70th floor, a rooftop restaurant on the 67th floor, an outdoor lounge, a Hammam spa, a state-of-the-art health and fitness center, a chef and gastro kitchen, a kids' playroom, a movie theater, and a wine cellar and cigar room. Pricing starts from the $387,000s for condo-hotel residences and the $522,000s for the sky residences. Completion is targeted for 2027.
