The Standard Residences, Brickell brings the playful, design-forward energy of The Standard hospitality brand to Miami's riverfront. Developed by Newgard Development Group and Two Roads Development, the 45-story tower is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors curated by Goodrich in partnership with The Standard's in-house design studio. Its 422 fully finished residences range from studios to two-bedrooms plus penthouses (roughly 500 to 1,100 square feet), featuring 9-foot ceilings, imported porcelain flooring, premium Miele appliances, Italian-designed Italkraft cabinetry and keyless entry. The amenity program includes a 45th-floor rooftop pool with poolside service, The Standard Wellness Spa (with a Hamam room, hot and cold soaking tubs, steam room and sauna), a fitness center, co-working lounge, screening room, dedicated pet spa, a signature restaurant and bar on the 9th floor, a Club Lounge and Café, plus 24-hour security, valet, EV charging and bike storage.
