Villa Miami is an ultra-luxury waterfront tower rising 55 stories and roughly 650 feet above Biscayne Bay in Edgewater. It is developed by Terra (led by David Martin), One Thousand Group, and the founders of Major Food Group (Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi), with architecture by ODP Architects. The boutique collection of about 72 residences spans full-floor, half-floor and two-story penthouse layouts with 360-degree views, smart-home technology throughout, and minimalist designer kitchens. Lifestyle is anchored by The Copper Club — a three-level private amenity suite with dining rooms, lounges, wellness facilities, a screening room and a salon — plus a ground-floor waterfront restaurant operated by Major Food Group, a pool, fitness center, 24-hour concierge, a rooftop helipad and a public baywalk. Pricing starts around $5.7 million for three-bedroom residences, with full-floor homes from $8.5 million. Completion is targeted for late 2027. (Note: sources list 65–72 residences and differ on the architect — verify before publishing.)
